A bug report in one image
Testers and support agents attach the whole page instead of a pile of cropped shots, so nobody asks what was below the fold.

A long article, a product page, documentation, a feed or a web app.
Or click the icon and Capture Full Page. The page scrolls by itself, and you can stop at any moment.
One image lands in your Downloads, named after the page. The page scrolls back to where you were.

Endless feeds stop at your height limit. Web mail and chat threads that scroll inside a panel are captured down to the last message.
Every screen is joined into one image named after the page title. PNG keeps text and lines crisp and opens anywhere.
Fixed top bars, cookie banners and chat buttons show up in the first screen, then hide for the rest of the scroll.
When the page stays still and a panel scrolls, as in web mail, chats and dashboards, that panel is captured top to bottom.
From 5,000 to 100,000 px, 30,000 by default. Feeds that keep loading stop there instead of scrolling forever.
Thumbnails of your last five screenshots stay in the popup. Hover for title, address, size and time; click to download again.
A capture taller than the largest image Chrome can build is scaled down to fit instead of failing.
A screenshot holds only what fits on your screen. A long article, a product page or a chat thread is many screens tall, so the usual way is to scroll, take six shots and glue them together in an editor.
Chrome has a full-size capture, but it is hidden in DevTools: open DevTools, press Ctrl+Shift+P (Cmd+Shift+P on a Mac), type “screenshot” and pick the full-size one. It captures the document, so a web app or a chat that scrolls inside a panel comes out as one screen. Full Page Screenshot scrolls whatever really scrolls, from one button or one key.
Captures are made and saved on your computer. The extension has no server and sends nothing anywhere.
It touches a tab only when you click the button or press the shortcut, and never your other tabs.
Active tab and scripting to scroll and capture the page you chose, downloads to save the PNG, storage for your settings.

Add Full Page Screenshot, open the page and press Alt+Shift+S, or click the extension icon and Capture Full Page. The page scrolls by itself and one PNG of the whole page is saved to your Downloads folder.
Yes. Alt+Shift+S (Option+Shift+S on a Mac) captures the current tab. To change it, click the shortcut in the popup and press new keys, or set it on chrome://extensions/shortcuts.
On web mail, chats and many web apps the page itself doesn't scroll; a panel inside it does. The extension finds that panel and captures it from top to bottom.
Yes. It keeps scrolling while the feed loads more, up to the height limit you set in the popup: 5,000 to 100,000 pixels, 30,000 by default.
No. It saves PNG only, which keeps text sharp and opens in any app. There is no PDF or JPG export and no editor.
In your Downloads folder, as a PNG named after the page title. The last five also stay in the popup, where one click downloads them again.
It's free, with no account and no watermark. Captures stay on your computer: nothing is uploaded and there are no analytics.
